About the role

We are looking for a motivated Commis to join our culinary team in Kuwait. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work alongside experienced chefs, develop practical kitchen skills, and contribute to delivering high‑quality dishes to our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist chefs in preparing and presenting food items to meet our culinary standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and follow strict food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Handle, label, and store ingredients correctly, ensuring proper dating.
• Support timely meal execution during service periods.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar restaurant or hospitality role.
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredient handling, and food preparation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
