About the role

The Food & Beverage Associate plays a vital part in delivering memorable guest experiences within a restaurant or hospitality setting. You will provide friendly, efficient service, taking orders, serving meals, and maintaining a clean dining environment while working closely with kitchen and fellow team members.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner.
• Take customer orders, answer menu questions, and make recommendations.
• Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely, accurate delivery of food and beverages.
• Serve meals and drinks following presentation standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests courteously.
• Maintain a tidy dining area, set tables, and clear dishes promptly.
• Upsell menu items and promote special promotions.
• Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately.
• Follow hygiene, health, and safety guidelines.
• Assist with restocking supplies as needed.
