About the role

The Guest Arrival Expert creates memorable first and last impressions for hotel guests. Working on the front‑of‑house floor, you will guide visitors through arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience that reflects Marriott’s hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, provide information about the property and local area, and assist with check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Process operational needs, address guest requests promptly, and complete required reports.
• Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, protecting assets, and upholding confidentiality.
• Ensure professional appearance, uniform compliance, and clear communication at all times.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, and moving objects up to 50 lb unaided (over 75 lb with assistance).

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience or specific licenses/certifications needed.
