About the role
First impressions are everything. As a Guest Arrival Expert you will guide guests through their arrival and departure experiences, ensuring each interaction feels memorable and seamless.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs such as check‑in/check‑out procedures and room assignments.
- Address guest requests promptly, providing information about the hotel and local area.
- Complete daily reports and documentation related to arrivals and departures.
- Move throughout the property, handling objects up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
- Maintain a safe, professional appearance and uphold company policies at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
