About the role

The Guest Relations Officer for the OWV Lounge will be the face of our luxury resort, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable and seamless experience. You will act as a key ambassador of the Anantara brand, anticipating needs and delivering personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, handling inquiries and requests promptly.
• Anticipate guest needs and propose tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction.
• Resolve guest issues efficiently and follow up to ensure complete resolution.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate services and special arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.

Required profile

• College degree in hotel management or a related field.
• Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and attention to detail.
