About the role

Al Tayer Insignia is opening the first SKIMS boutique in Kuwait and is looking for enthusiastic retail professionals to join the team. Whether you will lead the floor, advise customers, create visual displays, or manage the checkout, you will be part of a fast‑growing, inclusive fashion brand that celebrates body diversity and luxury service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a clean, organized environment and consistent delivery of exceptional customer service.
• Lead, coach and develop team members to meet and exceed sales targets and performance standards.
• Provide personalized styling advice, product knowledge and a memorable shopping experience for every customer.
• Design and maintain visual merchandising concepts, from window displays to product placement, that reflect the SKIMS aesthetic.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately, uphold cash‑desk standards and resolve checkout queries efficiently.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑facing retail role, preferably in fashion or luxury.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team (for supervisory positions).
• Comfort working in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment with flexible scheduling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for the SKIMS brand and its inclusive values.

Required skills

• High school diploma or higher education.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help customers.
