Online Account Executive – Restaurants

About the role

As an Online Account Executive – Restaurants you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with food partners across Kuwait. You will act as the main point of contact, support onboarding, drive engagement and help partners improve their performance on the Snoonu platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners throughout Kuwait, ensuring strong communication and engagement.
• Onboard new partners, provide training and promote platform adoption.
• Handle day‑to‑day partner requests, troubleshoot issues and resolve problems promptly.
• Monitor partner performance, analyse data and identify opportunities for growth and increased sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate operations, marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Prepare regular account updates, performance reports and business reviews.
• Support commercial negotiations and growth initiatives when required.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in account management, sales, customer success or business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities in English and Arabic.
• Customer‑focused mindset with commercial awareness and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of the Kuwait food and restaurant market is a plus.
