About the role
The Planogrammer is responsible for planning and implementing planograms across designated showrooms, ensuring optimal product placement and an engaging shopping experience. The role also supports the creation of periodic reports on space utilization, product turnover, and display performance.
Key responsibilities
- Implement planograms in all shelf locations for assigned showrooms.
- Recommend creative display changes to enhance customer experience.
- Manage retail space efficiently to maximize product visibility.
- Gather phase‑in and phase‑out briefs from the product management team and apply them using planogram software.
Required profile
- University degree (Bachelor’s).
- 2‑4 years of experience in merchandising and planogramming.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure with good organizational and self‑management skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience using planogram software such as JDA and similar tools.
