QA/QC Engineer – Data Centers (Kuwait)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to join a data‑center project in Kuwait. The role involves ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, ELV and civil works meet the highest quality standards and comply with client specifications and ISO 9001.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) and Method Statements.
• Review project specifications, drawings and quality requirements.
• Conduct inspections for Mechanical, Electrical, ELV and Civil works.
• Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) and quality reports.
• Monitor compliance with project specifications, client standards and applicable codes.
• Manage Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs), corrective actions and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors and project teams during inspections.
• Verify testing and commissioning activities and maintain quality records.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and project quality management systems.
• Participate in project handover documentation and close‑out activities.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of QA/QC experience in MEP construction projects.
• At least 2‑3 years in data‑center, mission‑critical, industrial or large‑scale MEP projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Relevant certifications such as ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, CQI or other QA/QC certifications (preferred).
