Quality Controller - Sanitary

About the role
The Quality Controller – Sanitary is responsible for visiting customers on‑site to assess and resolve sanitary‑related complaints. The role requires swift assessment, reporting and, where possible, on‑site correction to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Visit customers within the agreed time‑frame to evaluate sanitary complaints.
- Prepare a professional QC report with clear recommendations.
- Attempt to fix the issue on‑site to reduce complaint lead time.
- Complete the customer visit and submit the report within 48 hours of complaint receipt.
Required profile
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Valid driving licence.
- Experience handling or installing sanitary items.
- Effective communication with customers and office staff.
Required skills
- Sanitary installation and handling.
- Quality control reporting.
