Registered Nurse – Resource Team (Day Shift)

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Resource Team on the day shift, providing safe, therapeutic and compassionate care to patients. The RN will apply the nursing process and the training provided by Baptist Health while demonstrating clinical competence and critical thinking.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process and evidence‑based practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective treatment.
• Float within the specialty or across nearby campuses (up to 30 miles) as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies.

Required profile

• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing in Arkansas.
• BSN preferred.
• At least 18 months of RN experience, including one year in the specialty applied for.
• Healthcare CPR certification (required); ACLS, PALS and/or NALS may be required and will be provided.

Required skills

• CPR certification
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – if applicable
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) – if applicable
• NALS (Neonatal Advanced Life Support) – if applicable
