About the role
The Sales Associate will represent Beside Group’s premium fashion brands in a busy retail environment, delivering exceptional customer service and driving store sales. You will work directly with customers, helping them find products that match their style while meeting personal and store performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve personal, store and KPI sales targets aligned with company objectives.
- Provide friendly, courteous service, offering product information and building lasting customer relationships.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product designs, trends, availability and quality issues.
- Handle receiving and sending shipments, sort merchandise, and stock shelves, counters and displays.
- Complete operational and administrative tasks as requested by management.
Required profile
- At least one year of experience in a similar retail sales role, preferably with fashion brands.
- Understanding of local culture and sensitivities.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office.
- Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends.
