Sales Associate

About the role

The Sales Associate will work in a showroom environment, assisting customers by promoting and selling products and services. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, driving transactions, and meeting defined sales targets across cash, credit, warranty, and accessory lines.

Key responsibilities

• Promote products and services to customers, aiming to exceed sales targets.
• Generate sales invoices and operate BO & POS applications efficiently.
• Maintain high‑level customer service with a presentable appearance and friendly demeanor.
• Explain return, exchange, and D&I policies while avoiding conflicts.
• Stay informed about in‑store promotions, discounts, and coupons.
• Conduct regular stock checks, report damaged items, and ensure proper product display according to planograms.
• Keep pricing accurate, maintain a clean sales area, and follow safety and confidentiality procedures.
• Master computer applications such as Outlook, SAP, POS, and Business Objects.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of sales or retail experience.
• Good command of English and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Bachelor’s degree.
