Senior Sales Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to support our distributors in the export market. You will combine technical expertise with sales acumen to help customers select the right HVAC solutions and ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Listen to customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide design and specification support for distributors across the export territory.
• Respond to commercial and technical inquiries, including pricing and product selection.
• Deliver pre‑sales technical assistance and product training to distributor sales and technical teams.
• Maintain the Sales Management Tool (SMT) with up‑to‑date market feedback.
• Prepare sales reports, quotations, and submittals in line with consultant design specs.
• Develop and nurture professional relationships with distributor accounts.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in the air‑conditioning field.
• Proven ability to work with distributors and manage technical sales cycles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey technical information clearly.
