Software Developer – Ministry of Health Project

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Software Developer to join a private‑sector team working on a critical project for the Ministry of Health (MOH) in Kuwait. The role focuses on backend development and ongoing support of existing enterprise applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java‑based backend services using Spring Boot.
• Provide maintenance and support for legacy Oracle Forms 9i applications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration with MOH systems.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Software Developer.
• Immediate availability for joining.
• Ability to work on a contract basis through a private company.
