Software Sales Specialist – Kuwait

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Software Sales Specialist to join our team in Kuwait. You will be responsible for driving software and device sales, building strong customer relationships, and delivering compelling product presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Research, qualify and contact prospective clients, arrange appointments and follow up leads.
• Attend meetings to capture technical and business requirements and prepare tailored solutions.
• Create and deliver product demos and presentations to prospects and channel partners.
• Provide training, product support and assist customers during installations.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet assigned targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from quotation to closing, including up‑selling and cross‑selling.
• Represent the company at events, build and maintain customer and channel relationships.
• Liaise with support teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in IT/software sales.
• Bachelor’s or MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Valid Kuwait driving licence and personal car.
• Well‑groomed, professional appearance and ability to work both independently and within a team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of IT/software products and solutions.
