Waitstaff – Full‑time On‑site Position

About the role

KASCO is seeking a full‑time waitstaff member to work on‑site in Al Asimah, Kuwait. The role involves providing courteous table service in airport restaurants, lounges and catering venues, ensuring a high‑quality dining experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus and take food and beverage orders.
• Serve meals and drinks, set up and clear tables, and maintain a clean dining area.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests and process payments when required.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and personal cleanliness standards.
• Support team members during peak periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Experience or familiarity with food & beverage operations and basic dining etiquette.
• Clear communication skills and ability to understand guest needs.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, carry trays and perform safe manual tasks.
• Attention to cleanliness, food safety and personal hygiene.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment and follow company policies.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic proficiency in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
