Yoga/Barre Instructor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Yoga/Barre Instructor to lead fitness and wellness programming at a prestigious private membership club in Kuwait. The role involves delivering high‑quality group and individual sessions for members of all fitness levels in a luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engaging, safe, and effective Yoga and Barre classes for members.
• Design individualized exercise programs tailored to each member’s goals.
• Demonstrate correct techniques, provide hands‑on guidance and alignment corrections.
• Coordinate class schedules with management to optimise peak and off‑peak utilisation.
• Maintain accurate member records, including medical histories and waivers.
• Supervise and mentor part‑time and freelance instructors to ensure consistent quality.
• Ensure studio cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Support recruitment, training, and scheduling of Yoga/Barre staff.
• Assist in organising workshops, events and member engagement activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve member feedback.

Required profile

• Recognised Yoga and/or Barre certification.
• Proven experience teaching private and group Yoga/Barre sessions.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, posture, flexibility and injury prevention.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude and customer‑service mindset.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
