Boutique Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

The Boutique Manager will lead a luxury retail boutique, driving performance, delivering exceptional client experiences, and upholding the highest standards of Chopard's operations. As a brand ambassador, you will inspire the team to achieve sales targets while embodying the Maison's values of craftsmanship and elegance.

Key responsibilities

• Support the team in meeting sales, KPI, and profitability goals.
• Lead, motivate, and coach staff to provide outstanding client service.
• Monitor individual and team performance, delivering regular feedback and development support.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Plan workforce schedules and ensure appropriate coverage.
• Conduct daily briefings to communicate business priorities.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of Chopard products, collections, gemstones, and watchmaking.
• Utilize CRM tools to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Drive clienteling initiatives to increase repeat business.
• Manage inventory accuracy, cash handling, POS operations, and boutique systems.
• Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
• Implement visual merchandising according to brand standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports and provide feedback to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of luxury retail experience, preferably in fine jewelry, watches, or luxury goods.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Experience managing VIP and high‑net‑worth clientele is highly desirable.
• Experience with CRM systems and luxury clienteling practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
