Customer Representative – Respiratory Line (Kuwait)

About the role

Organon is seeking a Customer Representative for its Respiratory Line in Kuwait. You will act as the strategic link between the company and healthcare professionals, promoting product value and supporting better health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive scientific marketing of respiratory products to meet individual and team targets.
• Generate and manage a pipeline of business opportunities through lead‑generation plans.
• Conduct customer calls with prospective and existing clients, providing clinical and outcomes data.
• Tailor messaging to audience needs and discuss product impact on quality metrics.
• Build rapport, probe for needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals while ensuring optimal customer experience.
• Execute marketing strategy in alignment with the Brand Customer Manager and collaborate with commercial and market‑access teams.
• Maintain 100% compliance with pharmacovigilance SOPs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science or related health field.
• 3–6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong communication skills and excellent command of English.
• Kuwait residency and a valid Kuwaiti driving licence.
• Results‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to meet deadlines.
