About the role
We are a growing spa, salon and wellness products company based in Kuwait, seeking a motivated Female Sales Coordinator to join our team. The role focuses on supporting the sales process, ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams, and maintaining accurate records.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and qualify sales leads.
- Prepare quotations and process sales orders accurately.
- Coordinate with customers and the delivery team to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Maintain up‑to‑date customer records and follow up on pending orders.
- Provide day‑to‑day support to the sales team.
Required profile
- Female candidate currently residing in Kuwait.
- Strong communication skills with good command of English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
