Human Resources Generalist

About the role

The Human Resources Generalist will support and enhance organizational effectiveness by participating in job design, performance management, and talent development initiatives. This role also contributes to HR operations, employee engagement, and process automation to foster a productive and positive company culture.

Key responsibilities

• Update organizational charts, conduct job analysis, and develop or revise job descriptions.
• Support the annual performance management cycle, deliver training, audit appraisals, and collaborate on KPI definition.
• Conduct training needs analysis, coordinate internal and external training programs, and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Assist in talent initiatives such as succession planning, promotion assessments, and mentorship programs.
• Gather, analyze, and present HR data to inform decision‑making and support automation of HR processes.
• Provide support across talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and off‑boarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Strong accountability, attention to detail, time management, communication, interpersonal skills, and teamwork.
