Senior Human Resources Coordinator – Compensation & Benefits

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources Coordinator with a focus on Compensation & Benefits to join our HR team. You will manage and optimise reward programmes, ensure compliance with local labour law, and support strategic HR decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating the annual rewards strategy aligned with business goals.
• Co‑manage compensation and benefits projects and the annual salary review cycle.
• Process monthly payroll accurately and address payroll queries promptly.
• Prepare annual staffing budgets, forecasts and maintain HRIS data (MS Dynamics, SuccessFactors).
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including visa formalities and exit agreements.
• Conduct investigations on staff grievances and manage disciplinary actions.

Required profile

• Experienced HR professional with a focus on compensation and benefits, preferably in education or public sector.
• Strong analytical ability to conduct market research, job evaluations and data analysis.
• Knowledge of Kuwait labour laws and benefits compliance.
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.
