Junior Key Account Manager (Infrastructure & Contracting Knowledge Required)

About the role

The Junior Key Account Manager will work with the SRVME team to implement and drive business and sales strategies, targeting growth in Kuwait’s competitive market. The role focuses on managing business accounts, identifying new opportunities, negotiating deals, and building strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify key decision makers within organizations to promote the SRVME App.
• Drive revenue growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Develop deep knowledge of SRVME’s products and services to clearly communicate their value.
• Prepare and manage all documentation required to open and maintain accounts.
• Generate reports tailored to customer requirements and ensure accurate documentation.
• Develop reporting structures to track customer performance and analyze business operations.
• Conduct outreach to service providers, present SRVME’s value proposition, and negotiate advertising solutions.
• Coach and train service providers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 0–1 years of experience in a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Fluent in both English and Arabic.
• Background in maintenance, contracting, or infrastructure with strong knowledge of the local market.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
