Registered Nurse – Resource Team (Day Shift)

About the role

The Registered Nurse position on the Resource Team at Baptist Health provides day‑shift nursing care for patients across specialty units. The role emphasizes safe, therapeutic, and compassionate care while utilizing the nursing process and ongoing training.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care using the nursing process.
• Demonstrate clinical competence and critical thinking in daily patient interactions.
• Participate in specialty‑specific education and training provided by Baptist Health.
• Float within the assigned specialty or to other campuses within a 30‑mile radius as needed.

Required profile

• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing in Arkansas.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum 18 months of RN experience, including at least one year in the specialty applied for.
• Current Healthcare CPR certification; ACLS, PALS, or NALS may be required (training provided).
