Branch Manager - Luxury Retail

About the role

Butterfly Chocolate Co., Kuwait's luxury chocolate house, is hiring a Branch Manager for its Kuwait City branch. This full-time, on-site role oversees daily operations, ensures service delivery meets the brand's luxury standards and supports the achievement of branch targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise staff, coordinate schedules, manage inventory and monitor sales performance.
• Handle customer inquiries and escalations, and maintain visual merchandising and product presentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality controls.
• Support local marketing initiatives, prepare performance reports and collaborate with central management on process improvements and new offerings.
• Stay active on the shop floor, build a positive team culture and keep customer satisfaction high.

Required profile

• Experience in retail or hospitality operations, with inventory control, scheduling and branch administration skills.
• Previous experience in luxury retail, food and beverage or boutique hospitality is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Kuwait City, with flexibility for weekends, holidays and peak seasons.

Required skills

• Leadership, team supervision, coaching and performance management.
• Sales and basic financial acumen, including tracking KPIs, managing budgets and supporting revenue growth.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is an advantage.
