Sales and Marketing Specialist - Pool Products

About the role

AlMuheet Pools is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist in Kuwait City. The specialist identifies and pursues new sales opportunities, manages existing client relationships and promotes pool products and services to residential and commercial customers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales meetings and presentations, prepare quotations and follow up on leads to close deals and meet revenue targets.
• Coordinate marketing activities and support promotional campaigns.
• Provide product information and demonstrations to customers.
• Collaborate with management to develop sales plans, report on performance and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Solid sales abilities, including lead generation, negotiation and deal closing.
• Sales management and training skills to support team performance and onboard new members.
• Basic marketing knowledge, including promotional campaigns and local market trends in Kuwait.
• Experience in sales or marketing, preferably in construction, home improvement or pool-related products, is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Kuwait City, manage multiple client accounts and meet sales targets consistently.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Valid authorization to work in Kuwait.
