Client Advisor – Watches & Jewelry

About the role

As a Client Advisor for watches and jewelry, you will join Trafalgar’s retail team in Kuwait, delivering exceptional service to customers and driving store sales. You will act as a product specialist, guiding shoppers through our luxury collections and ensuring a memorable shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide detailed product information and personalized recommendations to customers.
• Build and maintain a database of VIP clients, following up to nurture relationships.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment, restocking shelves and arranging displays.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handling cash and card payments.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally, escalating to management when needed.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and stay updated on promotions, campaigns, and new product launches.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Previous experience in luxury retail sales, preferably watches and jewelry, with a focus on VIP customer handling.
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer‑centric mindset, and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
