Experienced Salesman - Hardware Company (Local Hire Only)

About the role

A hardware company is looking for an experienced salesman to sell its products in Kuwait. The position is open only to candidates currently living in Kuwait (local hire only).

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Promote and sell hardware products to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Give product knowledge and technical advice to customers.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries and close sales.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in hardware, construction materials or a related industry.
• Currently based in Kuwait with a transferrable visa.
• Valid driving licence (must).

Required skills

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Good knowledge of hardware products is an advantage; English and Arabic are mentioned.
