The person creates an inviting and organised shopping environment, projects a warm and welcoming manner and serves customers with up-to-date product information. The role requires strong communication skills and attention to visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create a clean and organised store by maintaining store standards and cleanliness.
• Deliver a positive first impression through an energetic attitude and adherence to the dress code.
• Greet customers immediately with a smile and a friendly welcome.
• Provide customers with current and relevant product information.
• Offer quality service in fitting rooms, follow up with customers on time, keep the cash wrap clean and aim to upsell.
• Deliver efficient service at the cash wrap, offer gift cards, keep it clean and record customer information in the database.
• Thank customers sincerely for their purchase and invite them back.

Required profile

• High school degree.
• 1-2 years of retail sales experience.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic customer service practices.
