Female Sales Associate - Perfume Retail (Filipino Required)

About the role

SOS HR Solutions is recruiting a female sales associate for a perfume and fragrance retail position in Al Kuwait. The role centres on welcoming customers, giving product advice and reaching daily and monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them choose perfumes and fragrances according to their preferences
• Provide product knowledge, including fragrance notes, brands, collections and recommendations
• Promote products, special offers and new perfume launches
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and give personalised shopping experiences
• Handle customer inquiries, payments and transactions
• Maintain product displays, shelf arrangements and store cleanliness
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store team for replenishment
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally

Required profile

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in the perfume or fragrance industry
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage
• Presentable, confident and customer-focused personality
• Ability to work in a team and reach sales targets
