Sales Operations / Order Support Executive

About the role

Logicom FZE is hiring a Sales Operations / Order Support Executive in Al Kuwait. The role covers end-to-end order management, from booking through shipment receipt and invoicing, and supports the sales team and internal teams in keeping orders running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage sales and purchase orders, and monitor their status from initial booking until shipment receipt and invoicing.
• Communicate with the sales team on clarifications needed and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Monitor vendor portals so that credit terms and delivery requirements are met.
• Maintain a core set of standard reports and load vendor rebates and special deals into the designated ERP.
• Handle intercompany sales and purchase transactions, create proforma invoices for potential orders, and send license and contract copies to partners.
• Generate reversals and credit notes.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and organized, with good administrative skills.
• Cross-functional knowledge, teamwork and a positive attitude.

• Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word and Outlook).
