Sales Coordinator

About the role

SOS HR Solutions is hiring a Sales Coordinator in Kuwait to provide administrative and operational support to the sales team. The role covers client coordination, documentation, order tracking and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients on product inquiries, quotations and sales orders
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, invoices and sales documentation
• Work with internal departments, suppliers and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of IT products and services
• Follow up with existing and potential clients on offers and business opportunities
• Maintain customer databases, sales records and reports
• Track sales orders, deliveries and payment status
• Schedule client meetings and coordinate appointments for the sales team
• Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations and business proposals
• Keep communication with clients timely to maintain good business relationships

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator or Sales Support Executive, preferably in the IT industry
• Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, customer-focused with good follow-up and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Ability to prepare quotations, proposals and sales reports
• Basic knowledge of IT products, hardware, software, networking or IT solutions is an advantage
