Field Operations Crew Chief – Wireline Services

About the role

The Field Operations Crew Chief – Wireline leads wireline field operations at client sites in Kuwait, ensuring safe, efficient and high‑quality service delivery. You will plan, coordinate and execute wireline jobs while supervising the crew and acting as the primary on‑site client contact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise wireline crews across multiple client sites.
• Coordinate pre‑job planning with clients, engineers and internal teams.
• Prepare, load and transport wireline equipment safely.
• Oversee maintenance, calibration and functionality of wireline tools and logging units.
• Maintain accurate job documentation, logs and reports.
• Enforce safety procedures and quality‑control standards.
• Resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction on‑site.
• Train and mentor junior crew members and operators.

Required profile

• Diploma or Technical Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of wireline experience, including 3‑5 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven field experience in Kuwait wireline operations.
• Heavy Driving License (Kuwait or equivalent).
• Knowledge of Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) standards and procedures.
• Certifications in Well Control, H2S or other relevant oilfield safety courses (preferred).
