IT Manager – Hospitality (Kuwait)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our hospitality technology initiatives in Kuwait. The successful candidate will design, develop, and implement software solutions and IT projects from scratch, ensuring alignment with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Key responsibilities

• Manage IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance.
• Develop IT strategies, policies, and procedures that support business growth.
• Lead the IT team, manage the budget, and oversee system upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to translate business needs into functional requirements for Dynamics 365.
• Conduct workshops, perform fit‑gap analyses, and configure Dynamics 365 modules (CE, F&O).
• Maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix and coordinate with technical consultants, developers, and testers.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, develop training materials, and provide ongoing support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 5–7 years of IT management experience, including Dynamics 365 implementation.
• Proven ability to develop software solutions and deliver IT projects from inception to support.
• Strong project management, leadership, analytical and communication skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (configuration, customization, integration).
• Azure DevOps for tracking and deployment.
• Network management and systems administration.
• IT security and compliance.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
