Medical Sales Representative (IVF)

About the role

MESCA, a medical distributor in Kuwait, is expanding its sales team and is looking for a Medical Sales Representative to promote and sell IVF laboratory consumables, devices and related equipment to IVF centers and fertility laboratories across Kuwait.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell IVF laboratory consumables, devices and related equipment to IVF centers and fertility laboratories
• Build and maintain relationships with embryologists, IVF laboratory managers, physicians and key decision makers
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
• Achieve agreed sales targets
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and customer training when required
• Coordinate with technical and service teams on device installation and after-sales support when required
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements and competitor activity
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports and market feedback to management

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in medical sales
• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine or a related life science field
• Valid Kuwait driving license (mandatory)
• Transferable Kuwait residency (mandatory)
• Track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business
• Knowledge of the Kuwait healthcare and medical market
• Previous experience in IVF laboratory consumables or devices is preferred
