About the role
The MEP Engineer will deliver designs, standards, cost estimates and BOQs for fit‑out projects such as restaurants and offices, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and international codes.
Key responsibilities
- Produce MEP designs and BOQs according to the design team’s requirements.
- Prepare high‑level and detailed cost estimates.
- Conduct site visits, prepare reports and propose value‑engineering options.
- Review material submittals, shop drawings and perform on‑site MEP inspections.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an MEP Design Engineer, preferably in retail, hospitality or F&B sectors.
- Strong knowledge of local authority requirements and MEP specifications.
