Saleslady - The Avnues Mall

About the role

Noor Al-Tabia is looking for a customer-focused Saleslady to support sales activities in The Avnues Mall. This is an in-person, full-time role where you welcome customers, understand their needs, present suitable products and help ensure a positive shopping experience. The position suits someone who communicates confidently, works well with a team and takes pride in reliable customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, identify their preferences and give helpful product information.
• Recommend appropriate products and support customers through the purchase process.
• Maintain an orderly, clean and appealing sales area, including product displays and shelves.
• Monitor stock levels, replenish merchandise and report inventory needs to the supervisor.
• Process sales accurately and follow established store procedures.
• Answer customer questions courteously and resolve routine concerns, escalating issues when needed.
• Work with colleagues to meet service standards and daily sales objectives.
