About the role
The Sales Associate will represent the brand and drive store sales through exceptional customer service and retail experience. The role includes operational duties such as store maintenance and visual merchandising.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, assist with product selection and convert window shoppers into buyers.
- Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program and ensure up‑to‑date product knowledge.
- Maintain visual standards, stock layout, and handle inventory records.
- Operate the POS system, process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash till.
- Adhere to SOP, loss‑prevention policies and maintain confidentiality of sales data.
Required profile
- Well‑groomed, presentable and able to work flexible hours, including extended shifts during sales periods.
- Strong customer‑service attitude, able to follow the GUEST selling methodology (Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank).
- Attention to security and loss‑prevention procedures.
