Staff Nurse – Mental Health Care Center

About the role

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate staff nurse to join MindWell Kuwait, a leading mental health care centre. The role involves delivering high‑quality nursing care, supporting multidisciplinary treatment plans, and contributing to a safe, therapeutic, patient‑centred environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in physical files.
• Assess vital signs and monitor patients’ physical and mental health status, documenting findings.
• Coordinate with psychiatrists, psychologists and other healthcare professionals to implement prescribed treatments.
• Ensure compliance with infection‑control, safety standards and healthcare regulations.
• Provide high‑quality nursing care in support of multidisciplinary treatment plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in nursing.
• MOH licence, QuadraBay verification and BLS certification preferred.
• Minimum three years of nursing experience handling specialised equipment such as laser and surgical devices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and patient‑care abilities.
• Any nationality with professional work ethics.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) proficiency.
