About the role
We are looking for a qualified HSE Trainer to deliver train‑the‑trainer programmes in Ahmadi, Kuwait. The position can be full‑time or part‑time, focusing on HSE awareness and certified training delivery for the oil & gas sector.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver HSE Awareness Training sessions.
- Conduct certified HSE training programmes for internal and external participants.
- Adapt training materials to meet local regulations and industry standards.
- Assess trainee performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Proven experience in delivering HSE training, preferably in the oil & gas industry.
- Strong presentation and communication abilities.
- Ability to work on a full‑time or part‑time basis.
- Local residency in Kuwait.
