Civil Engineer – Telecom Infrastructure (Kuwait)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to lead telecom civil infrastructure projects across Kuwait. The role involves managing site execution, coordinating technical activities, ensuring quality and safety, and delivering projects on time and within client specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Manage telecom civil works from site survey through execution, testing and final acceptance.
• Conduct site surveys, kick‑off meetings and coordinate implementation with clients and internal teams.
• Review Foundation Design Documents (FDD) and supervise foundation and civil construction activities.
• Inspect reinforcement, formwork, excavation and concrete works for quality compliance.
• Coordinate soil investigations, utility clearances, Proctor tests, field density tests and third‑party inspections.
• Prepare and submit project documentation such as MOPs, material requests, PAC/PAT documents and as‑built drawings.
• Monitor progress, report to clients and management, and manage inspections, snag clearance and handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in telecom civil infrastructure projects.
• Experience with telecom tower sites, foundations, shelters and concrete works.
• Preferably familiar with operators such as IHSK, Ooredoo, STC, Zain or TCIL.
• Kuwait Society of Engineers membership and a valid Kuwait driving licence are a plus.
• Immediate availability and Indian or Pakistani nationality.
