Senior Project Manager – Construction

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale construction and engineering projects in Jeddah. The role is full‑time, on‑site and requires end‑to‑end ownership from planning through close‑out, ensuring delivery on schedule, budget and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, develop detailed schedules and budgets, and monitor progress against milestones.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors and suppliers, and supervise daily site activities.
• Manage risk, issue resolution and change orders, providing regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Oversee expediting of materials, equipment and documentation to guarantee timely delivery.
• Conduct inspections, enforce quality‑control procedures and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Plan and execute logistics operations, including shipment coordination, inventory control and supply‑chain management.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex construction or engineering projects, preferably in a senior supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Strong ability to lead diverse teams on‑site, make data‑driven decisions and communicate effectively in English (Arabic beneficial).
