Service Crew

About the role

The Service Crew member is the front‑line ambassador of the restaurant, responsible for generating sales while delivering exceptional guest service. You will support daily operations, maintain visual standards, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every guest within 5 seconds at the front counter or drive‑thru and provide a friendly, attentive experience.
• Prepare and serve food and beverage items following the "Always Fresh" procedure and product preparation standards.
• Maintain order accuracy and speed of service, working efficiently to meet service targets.
• Execute service recovery promptly, addressing guest concerns with empathy and corrective action.
• Keep the dining area, parking lot, and front counter clean, organized, and stocked for peak periods.
• Handle cash, credit, voucher, and automatic debit transactions accurately, issue receipts, refunds, and change.
• Record product temperatures regularly in the Time & Temperature Log and follow food safety guidelines.
• Follow all sanitation, hand‑washing, and personal protective equipment protocols.
• Participate in store meetings, adhere to restaurant policies, and communicate product needs to management.
