Cybersecurity Solutions Account Manager

About the role

The Cybersecurity Solutions Account Manager will drive sales of cybersecurity products and services, develop new business opportunities, and manage key accounts in Kuwait. The role focuses on achieving revenue and profitability targets while building strong relationships with senior IT and security stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new cybersecurity business opportunities across target sectors, generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, events, and tenders.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation, closing, and handover, meeting monthly, quarterly and annual sales, revenue and gross‑margin targets.
• Promote and sell a portfolio of cybersecurity solutions including network security, endpoint protection, SIEM/SOC, VAPT, MSSP, IAM, email and cloud security, DLP, security awareness, incident response and consulting.
• Build relationships with IT Managers, CISOs, CIOs and Procurement Managers, conduct presentations, demos and solution discussions, and identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and vendors to design solutions, coordinate POCs, prepare proposals, quotations, SOWs and RFP/RFQ responses.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals within approved pricing guidelines and track opportunities, contracts and renewals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Development, IT, Computer Science, Business, Cybersecurity or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Kuwait market with proven success in cybersecurity solutions sales or account management.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑management skills with C‑level decision makers.
